Chain Ratings is an independent review and ranking site for crypto exchanges. We do not run an exchange, hold customer deposits, execute trades, or sell crypto. Our job is simpler: help people sort credible platforms from expensive, confusing, and potentially risky ones.

Our ratings look at five areas that shape a real customer experience: security, fees, asset access, usability, and customer support. We read the small print, compare live pricing where possible, test core account journeys, and revisit scores when a meaningful policy or product change appears.

Some links on this site can generate a commission. That revenue helps fund research, but it does not set a ranking. A platform cannot pay for a stronger score, and we are prepared to rate popular services poorly if the evidence points that way.
